A first come-first served room block will be available to all attendees of the conference. Booking a room in our block helps us to keep costs of the event down. We appreciate your support.
Tax Policy
Room rates shown do not include 17.40% Room Tax Per Night (subject to change). Total charges presented on the website will include all room fees and taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. Room types are subject to change.
Child Policy
Children 17 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room.

Scientific Program
Scientific Program includes evidence based scientific sessions, round tables, case studies, focus groups, workshops and social/networking activities. CME will be provided.
SOCIAL PROGRAM: There will be two free networking events, book your travel accordingly.
