Tax Policy
Room rates shown do not include 17.40% Room Tax Per Night (subject to change). Total charges presented on the website will include all room fees and taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. Room types are subject to change.
Child Policy
Children 17 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room.

Scientific Program
Scientific Program includes evidence based scientific sessions, round tables, case studies, focus groups, workshops and social/networking activities. CME will be provided.
SOCIAL PROGRAM: There will be two free networking events, book your travel accordingly.

Will we be able to access the materials after the event? Course content will be available for viewing for registrants until Dec. 31, 2023.
What if I can't make the LIVE event? If you register, prior to the event closing, you will have access to all course materials and all recordings until Dec 31. 2023. Due to CME regulations, we cannot sell it after the fact. *We reserve the right to sell it later as Enduring Materials, but we have not decided if we will do that or in what manner.
What is the cancellation policy? Free Cancellation until July 30, 2023. No refunds after July 30, 2023.
Are there any social functions: Yes, there are two events that are both included in your registration. The event on Thursday evening has limited seating, tickets are assigned only if you choose YES during registration. If you need to change your ticket status, please email us at issvd@issvd.org
Transportation & Parking:
·Parking is available at the Embassy Suites for $53/night.
·Take the Blue Line to the hotel for about $2-5. Requires about a 20 min walk.
·Taxi is about 21 min and costs about $55-65.
